SAMEBIKE Return & Refund Policy

 

New and unused e-bikes can be returned within 14 days with a charge of €185/bike for shipping and restocking. We will send you the label, please print it out and stick it outside the box and wait for the courier to pick up the package at your place. Kindly notice that please use the original box when returning. If the original box is damaged badly, please contact us at contact@elektra-bike.com

For all returned items, please keep the original shipping box in good shape.

 

 

HOW TO RETURN MY ELECTRIC BIKE?

Step 1:Contact us via message or send an email to contact@elektra-bike.com
Step 2: After the order return be confirmed, you will receive an email with label. Print and state it outside the box.
Step 3: Waiting for courier picker to pick up the package.
Step 4: After the warehouse receive and check the package, your refund will go back to the original account within 2-5 business days.

 

HOW TO RETURN BROKEN ITEMS?

Take picture/videos, we will arrange replacement or return within 3 business days.

 

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR AN EXTRA FEE TO RETURN IT?

Yes, €185/bike for shipping and restocking will be charged.

 

HOW MUCH REFUND CAN I GET?

For broken items: You will receive full refund within 1-2 business days.

For e-bike: We will minor the €185/bike for shipping and restocking and refund the left part. For example, if your LO26-II order value €1019, you will receive 1019-185=€834.

For accessories: You will receive the full refunds, but you need to delivery and pay for the delivery fee yourself to nearest warehouse.

 

WHEN CAN I GET MY REFUND?

For broken items: You will receive full refund within 1-2 business days.

For e-bikes and accessories: The refund will go to your account within 2-5 business days after the warehouse receive the package and check items are good.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received a refund in time, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us at contact@elektra-bike.com

 

CANCELLATION

Cancellation of Orders.  You may cancel an order by contacting us via email: contact@elektra-bike.com  Cancellation is not confirmed until you receive a response from our customer support team. 

Once your order has been paid, you need to cancel your order within 5 hours before our warehouse handle your order. We do not offer cancellation once parcel have been sent out. If you are cancelling before work has begun, then we will refund your payment in full via whichever payment method you used.

After you have placed an order, we cannot change it, including for size or color reasons.  Please make your selections carefully and reach out to our team for guidance to ensure you are choosing the right item.

Orders which have already been shipped (you have received a tracking number) cannot be changed or cancelled.
